My journey at NIRA began in 2012 when I completed my thesis work here. I was quickly offered a position and started working in a small team focused on application deliveries for clients like Renault and our first Chinese customers, Chery and Saic. Following that, I moved into a role as a development engineer, where I was involved in developing NIRA’s TPI (Tire Pressure Indicator) product and participating in several new development projects. The first five years were absolutely incredible, filled with opportunities to learn from highly skilled colleagues and having exceptional mentors at NIRA who provided me with invaluable knowledge.
When NIRA established a new pre-development department, I took the opportunity to step into a leadership role as the department manager. This was my first foray into management, and it allowed me to oversee both the development of new products and the optimization of our existing processes. After serving as team manager for 4-5 years, I was offered the position of R&D Director, and more recently, I transitioned into the role of Customer Delivery Manager. It’s incredibly rewarding to now be able to view our products from a different perspective, engage more closely with the market, and continue learning new things.

What initially attracted me to NIRA was the company's forward-thinking attitude and technical expertise. We were a small company with big ambitions, offering an advanced product that reached a global market. I also highly value the company's strong culture of career development and the amazing people who work here. Balancing Freedom and Responsibility
One of the things I appreciate most about working at NIRA is the balance between freedom and responsibility. If you take responsibility, you earn freedom, and this principle is deeply embedded in our company culture. We foster an environment of mutual trust where we rely on each other. The work culture at NIRA also supports a healthy work-life balance. Sometimes I work more, sometimes less, but it's easy to stay engaged because the work is genuinely enjoyable. If I have been putting in extra hours, I can always make up for it later. We have a strong, supportive culture here, where we take care of each other.
